The BFC Galileo is a handmade Italian commercial espresso machine, designed, built and assembled by BFC in Conegliano, Italy, in the Treviso coffee-machine country. Available in 2 group and 3 group versions, it pairs a large copper boiler and heavy, temperature-compensated groups with programmable keypads and a central display, all wrapped in a rounded steel body finished with BFC's signature Galileo medallion on the side panels. It's built for cafés, restaurants, hotels and coffee shops that want dependable, classic Italian performance shot after shot. And when you buy from Espresso Grove, we cover all installation fees. Your space just needs the required plumbing and electrical in place first.

Details & Features

Inside the Galileo, a copper boiler and copper pipework run on a thermosiphon circuit, constantly circulating hot water through the groups so they stay at a stable brewing temperature through the morning rush. The traditional heavy brass groups (4.4 kg each) are temperature-compensated, holding their heat for consistent extraction from the first shot to the last.

Each group has its own programmable keypad, so baristas can set and repeat their dosing at the touch of a button, while the central display shows the machine's status at a glance. Steam wands and a hot water outlet handle milk drinks and tea, and the Galileo's curved steel body, with its distinctive side grilles and medallion, makes it a real centerpiece on the bar.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I choose the 2 group or 3 group?
The 2 group fits most cafés and restaurants with one or two baristas. The 3 group is built for high-volume shops where two or three baristas work at once during the rush.

Galileo or Aviator?
Both are handmade by BFC in Italy. The Galileo is a classic, proven heat exchanger with programmable keypads at a lower price. The BFC Aviator is BFC's flagship, with touch-screen controls and optional independent temperature control and pressure profiling for each group.

Do I have to pay for installation?
No. Espresso Grove covers all installation fees for the BFC Galileo. Before installation, the required plumbing and electrical must already be in place: a dedicated 220V electrical circuit, a water line and a drain at the machine's location. Any electrical or plumbing work needed to get your space ready is the buyer's responsibility. Contact us after your order and we'll arrange installation once your site is ready.

What power does the Galileo need?
The US Galileo runs on 220V, not a standard household outlet, so your space needs a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician before installation day. Contact us before you order and we'll confirm the exact electrical requirements for your model.

Does it need a water line?
Yes. Like most commercial espresso machines, the Galileo connects to a water line and a drain, and both need to be in place before installation. Talk to us and we'll walk you through exactly what your space needs.

Can I talk to someone before I buy?
Absolutely. Email Support@EspressoGrove.com or call (980) 890-9050 to talk with a real person.
