The Sanremo YOU is a dual boiler espresso machine from Sanremo in Treviso, Italy, built to bring true café-level control to your kitchen. A paddle on the front lets you shape brew pressure live during the shot, while the touch screen saves your favorite pressure profiles so you can repeat them at the press of a button. Insulated AISI 316 stainless steel boilers, ±0.2 °C temperature stability, and a 24V volumetric pump give you the consistency of a commercial machine in a 13-inch-wide footprint. And when you buy from Espresso Grove, we cover all installation fees.

Details & Features

Most home espresso machines make you choose between simplicity and control. The Sanremo YOU gives you both. Pull a shot with one of the customizable presets, or take over with the electronically managed front paddle and profile pressure in real time, the way baristas do on high-end café machines. Once you dial in a profile you love, save it on the intuitive touch screen and repeat it any time.

Under its sculpted, angular body, the YOU is built like the commercial machines Sanremo is known for. Separate coffee and steam boilers let you brew and steam at the same time without waiting. Both boilers are made from AISI 316 stainless steel and fully insulated, so temperature stays stable shot after shot and less energy is wasted. A static relay controls boiler temperature for precision, and Sanremo's TempControl system holds brew temperature within ±0.2 °C.

The YOU is ready for any setup. Use the 2.5-liter water tank anywhere on your counter, or connect it directly to a water line for a plumbed-in coffee bar. Programmable auto-on, auto-off, and day-off timers mean the machine is hot and ready when you wake up, and an energy-saving system keeps power use low the rest of the day.
