Sanremo D8 2 Group + X-One Café Bundle
$15,660.00
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Sanremo D8 2 Group is a volumetric commercial espresso machine from Sanremo in Treviso, Italy, built for cafés that want dependable, consistent espresso without complicated controls. A 7-liter AISI 316L stainless steel boiler, digitally programmable group temperature, up to 7 programmable doses per group, and a high-performance volumetric pump make it a reliable workhorse for busy service. Available in Total Black and Total White. And when you buy from Espresso Grove, we cover all installation fees.
Details & Features
The D8 is Sanremo's answer to what most cafés actually need: a machine that's simple for baristas to use, consistent from the first shot of the morning to the last, and easy to keep running.
At its core is a 7-liter AISI 316L stainless steel boiler with a heat exchanger for each group. Boiler pressure is programmable to 1.0, 1.2, or 1.4 bar, and an electronic auto-level probe keeps the boiler filled to the right level automatically. Each group uses Sanremo's chromed brass ring group, electronically controlled to hold extraction temperature, and you can set group temperature digitally anywhere from 90 to 98 °C.
Up to 7 programmable volumetric doses let your team pull the same shot every time at the press of a button, and a built-in shot timer shows exactly how each extraction is running. A high-performance volumetric pump keeps pressure steady even when both groups are brewing at once, and a dual-reading gauge shows boiler and brew pressure at a glance.
Two cold-touch steam wands stay cool to the touch for safer, faster milk work, and a hot water tap handles tea and Americanos. Insulation and smart electronics cut energy waste, and easy access to internal parts makes routine service quick, so your machine spends more time making coffee and less time down.
