Built around 64 mm flat burrs, a sturdy aluminum and steel body and a 400 W motor, it grinds fresh for every shot and delivers a single dose in under 2 seconds, so it keeps up with a busy coffee bar without ever letting coffee go stale. The 64E is an on-demand grinder: instead of grinding ahead into a doser, it grinds only the dose you ask for, straight into your portafilter, preserving all the aroma and flavor of freshly roasted beans. Larger 64 mm burrs and a stronger motor than our compact BFC 58E make it faster and better suited to high-volume service, and the big 1.2 kg hopper holds enough beans for the morning rush.

Continuous micrometric adjustment lets you dial in your grind in tiny, stepless increments for a very even particle size. A bright multilingual digital display makes programming single and double doses simple, and the LED-backlit touch controls light up in your choice of 7 colors. Grind by touch or with the portafilter push-button, and pull out the coffee chute for easy cleaning.
