PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The BFC Aviator is BFC's flagship commercial espresso machine, designed, built and assembled in Conegliano, Italy, in the Treviso coffee-machine country. Available in 2 group and 3 group versions, it combines large insulated copper boilers, temperature-compensated groups and your choice of control system with a sculpted, aircraft-inspired body that turns any coffee bar into a showpiece. It's built for busy cafés, restaurants, hotels and coffee shops that need speed, consistency and a machine customers remember. And when you buy from Espresso Grove, we cover all installation fees. Your space just needs the required plumbing and electrical in place first.
Choose Your Model
Every Aviator shares the same body, groups and build quality. Pick your size, your control system and your color:
- Touch Screen: A TFT color touch-screen display on each group lets baristas set and monitor brewing parameters for each coffee and blend through intuitive icons.
- 5-Key: A programmable 5-button electronic keypad on each group. The same Aviator build at a lower price, for shops that want simple, proven controls.
- T.C.I. (Separate Temperature Control): Available with either control system. Each group gets its own 0.8 L coffee boiler with electronic temperature control, plus a separate steam boiler, so every group's brew temperature can be set independently. Hot water is dispensed from the heat exchanger.
- Color: Choose polished Steel, White or Black, all at the same price.
Details & Features
The Aviator's insulated copper boilers use a thermosiphon circuit to keep every group hot and stable through the morning rush while using less energy than traditional machines, and the electronic ECO mode saves an extra 1.3 kW on the 2 group or 2.6 kW on the 3 group. Each group has a temperature-compensated design and BFC's competition shower screen, coated with high-quality NanoQuartz for better non-stick performance and more even water distribution.
Side courtesy lights and under-group lighting keep the whole work area evenly lit, anti-scald steam wands make milk steaming safer and easier, and raised cup grates handle everything from espresso cups to tall takeaway cups.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I choose the 2 group or 3 group?
The 2 group fits most cafés and restaurants with one or two baristas. The 3 group is built for high-volume shops where two or three baristas work at once during the rush.
Touch Screen or 5-Key?
Both pull the same shots from the same groups and boilers. The touch screen gives your baristas a color display with more settings and live monitoring, while the 5-key keypad keeps things simple with programmable buttons and saves you money.
Do I need T.C.I. or P.P.I.?
Most cafés do great with the standard model. T.C.I. is worth it if you serve several coffees that need different brew temperatures. P.P.I. is an add-on for T.C.I. models that adds pressure profiling, for specialty shops that want full control over every extraction. Contact us to add it to your order.
Do I have to pay for installation?
No. Espresso Grove covers all installation fees for the BFC Aviator. Before installation, the required plumbing and electrical must already be in place: a dedicated 220V electrical circuit, a water line and a drain at the machine's location. Any electrical or plumbing work needed to get your space ready is the buyer's responsibility. Contact us after your order and we'll arrange installation once your site is ready.
What power does the Aviator need?
The US Aviator runs on 220V, not a standard household outlet, so your space needs a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician before installation day. Contact us before you order and we'll confirm the exact electrical requirements for your model.
Does it need a water line?
Yes. Like most commercial espresso machines, the Aviator connects to a water line and a drain, and both need to be in place before installation. Talk to us and we'll walk you through exactly what your space needs.
Can I add a cup warmer?
Yes. An electric cup warmer is available as an add-on. Contact us and we'll add it to your order.
Can I talk to someone before I buy?
Absolutely. Email Support@EspressoGrove.com or call (980) 890-9050 to talk with a real person.
